I design the product, interface, and architecture.

I have worked in commercial software development since 2009. I lead projects from requirements and prototype through release and support. I clarify the task, design the interface and architecture, write critical code, coordinate the team, and remain accountable for the result.

    Design the domain and data models, APIs, access rules, and integrations. Develop the frontend and backend, then configure environments, deployment, and support.

  4. Development standards and quality

    Set architecture and code rules, maintain project documentation, and establish tests and change checks. Turn recurring solutions into shared packages, types, and internal tools so the team does not solve the same problem from scratch each time.

  5. Team and technical leadership

    Coordinate work across stakeholders, product, design, and engineering; work through technical risks; and make architecture decisions. Depending on the project, lead the team or design and write the critical parts myself.

  6. AI as an engineering tool

    AI has become a natural extension of the engineering toolkit I have built around standards, automation, and repeatable processes.

    I use models and agents to analyze codebases, decompose tasks, draft implementations, and prepare tests and documentation.

    If a task cannot be handled with a single model prompt, I set up several agents with distinct roles, shared context, rules, and self-checks. I define the architecture and review the final result myself.
